Abstract

This research paper aims to determine the importance of emotionally intelligent green leaders in improving green creativity in employees in an organization, leading to increased motivation and performance. For the first time, this paper has attempted to bring out this relation and has proved the concept through a model. The entire paper is a conceptual paper based on a study of review literature. This paper proves a positive relationship exists between green emotionally intelligent leaders, green training, green identity, and green creativity for increased employee motivation and performance.
