Abstract

With the fast-growing use of technology in the organisation Human Resource Management is also leveraging technology to make their processes more efficient. Our research strives to comprehend and pinpoint how and which HR function makes the most use of technology. We have compiled a list of the numerous ways technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence, is being used by HR through our combination of primary and secondary research by looking through various sources like papers, journals, and interviews with industry experts We have acknowledged that one of the primary industries where AI is utilised extensively is recruitment, although its usage in other industries is still fragmented. Human resource management (HRM) is changing in many ways thanks to artificial intelligence (AI), which automates procedures, offers data-driven insights, and improves decision-making. Tools with AI capabilities may evaluate resumes, screen applicants, and match candidates' talents to job requirements. Virtual assistants and chatbots can communicate with candidates, respond to their questions, and arrange interviews. Through social media and business networks, AI can also assist in locating passive candidates. Overall, AI in HRM enables businesses to improve employee experiences, streamline processes, and make data-driven decisions that lead to a more successful and efficient HR department.
